KYB mini-buffers are industrial shock absorbers developed on the basis of many years of technical experience and achievements in industry.
They are used wherever shocks occur and meet industry demands for product safety, noise reduction and processing time. They are used where more automation, higher speed and smaller dimensions are required.

CARATTERISTICHE CHE FACILITANO L’USO E SODDISFANO LE ESIGENZE DELL’UTILIZZATORE

1. Soft stop

In KYB minibuffers, the unique Kayaba principle of the porous orifice enables ideal energy absorption and a very smooth shutdown.

- The KYB shock absorber can stop an object slowly but safely even in the event of a very rapid impact, such as in ejector robots in injection moulding.

- The KYB low-speed series shock absorber can stop an object safely and gently even in the event of a heavy mass impact.

2. MECHANICAL STOP NOT REQUIRED

Since the KYB shock absorber has an oil-filled locking mechanism, there is no danger of breakthrough at the base and therefore the KYB Minibuffer as supplied can be used as a stop, thus dispensing with the use of an external mechanical stop.

3. Possibility of using 2 or more pieces in parallel

Since the yield reduction is minimal, it is possible to use 2 or more parts in parallel.

4. No adjustment is necessary

Since the Minibuffer is constructed according to the Kayaba porous orifice principle, it can be used to the limit of its capacity without requiring any adjustment.

5. Noise cap

Impact noise in high-speed operations can be greatly reduced by attaching a special cap to the Minibuffer.

6. 360° mounting

The Minibuffer can be mounted in any position 360°.

7. Wide assortment

A large number of types up to 1.2 - 392 J (0.12 - 40 kgf-m) of absorbed energy are available.
